Course Locations:

The following information applies to courses in North America and Trinidad.  For all other courses, please refer to the registration link on the Training Schedule for course specific information.

General:

Class participation and discussion of individual participant's specific concerns is encouraged.  All participants should bring a calculator for working sample problems.

What's Included:

Participants will receive a copy of course notes for future reference.  Some courses may have the added bonus of a printed text book.  Coffee and pastries in the morning, as well as, midmorning and afternoon coffee, and a buffet lunch will be included.

Registration and Cancellation Policy:

Due to the need to have some one-on-one contact, class size will be limited to 30 students.  Full payment for a course is required with registration.  Registrants who cancel three (3) weeks prior to the start of the course will receive an 85% refund.  Otherwise, registrant is responsible for the full course fee.  Substitutions may be made at any time with notification and without penalty.  We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course in the event of unforeseen circumstances and all registered participants will be notified accordingly.  In the event of a course cancellation, registrants will be given a full refund.
